The 9-week program offers preparation and guidance necessary to compete for well-paying, entry-level positions in fields of construction, engineering, and related industries. ComEd and partnering companies work collaboratively with community agencies in the Chicagoland area to provide hands-on training to strengthen job readiness and life skills for participants.

Core conversion projects have a seemingly endless number of things to consider. Your project team may have already discussed a test and defect management repository, performance testing your new core, the integrity of your new core’s data, and the downstream testing that is often forgotten.

Next in this blog series of neglected components is converting your test cases into a regression suite. Your new core will have regular upgrades, new integrations, and new development – all work that is designed for you to realize even more benefits. The ongoing testing you will be doing can be made much more efficient with a regression suite, and the best time to create a regression suite is immediately following your conversion.
